The Pakistan Stock Exchange closed on a negative note on Friday as the benchmark KSE-100 Index shed more than 100 points.
The 100-Index shed 124.26 points or 0.19% to settle at 64,514.89 levels at the closing of the market.
During the midday trading the Index had crossed the 65,000 mark after it gained 415 points, however, the market could not maintain the positive momentum and move to negative territory in the later session.
The KSE-30 Index also shed 92.39 points or 0.43% to reach 21,545.03 levels at the closing of the trading session on Friday, the last trading session of the week.
