Senior lawyer and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Latif Khosa said on Wednesday has announced that the party is set to challenge delimitations in high courts across the country.
Khosa, who recently joined the PTI, said that the federal government had no authority to ban a political party.
He added that the party’s candidates were facing difficulties in getting and filing nomination papers and if anyone was arrested, they would contest elections from jail.
Khosa added that the PTI would challenge delimitations in high courts across the country and provincial government as well as the Election Commission of Pakistan would be made parties in the case.
He also alleged that Nawaz Sharif wanted ‘RO elections’ to be fixed at a date of his choosing and did not want anyone to contest elections againt the PMLN.
The lawyer also confirmed that Imran Khan would contest elections and if anyone thought they could stop him they were free to try.
