Conrad Tribble assumed responsibility as the Consul General of the US Consulate General Karachi on Monday.

Consul General Tribble vowed to promote the bilateral relations and partnership between Pakistan and the United States.

Prior to his assignment in Pakistan, he worked as the Chargé d’Affaires of the US Embassy in Spain from 2020 to 2023.

Tribble studied and worked for extended periods in Germany and Honduras before joining the US foreign service. A lifelong singer and amateur rock band musician, Tribble is a member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (the Grammy Association).

He plays baseball, basketball, and soccer, and has been a Bundesliga fan since 1979. He speaks German, French, Spanish, and Haitian Creole.
