Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Ali Muhammad Khan was re-arrested after release once again on Tuesday.
A district and sessions court in Mardan had ordered the release of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Ali Muhammad Khan.
However, Khan was arrested soon after his release under Maintainance of Public Order. Orders were issued by the district commissioner.
The decision was announced by sessions judge Mulla Wazir. Khan was represented by Nadeem Shah advocate.
Ali Muhammad Khan is imprisoned in an anti-corruption case for awarding contracts against merit causing a loss of over Rs10 million to the national exchequer.
Earlier, the Peshawar High Court had ordered that he should not be arrested till August 4.
