Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Friday said that Imran Khan could not hide his crimes against the country and the nation using his shallow tactics.
Reacting to the former prime minister Imran Khan’s comments against Maryam Nawaz, the premier said in a tweet that women from the entire country should protest against the use of such “regrettable” language.
In his address at the Multan rally, Imran had said someone sent him a clip from Maryam’s public meeting from a day ago wherein she took his name many times.
“I want to tell you [Maryam Nawaz] that your husband may get upset because of the way you are taking my name,” the PTI chairman said.
The premier wrote that Imran Khan was the first person in the history to fall in the abyss of rudeness as a party leader.
“One can’t expect those who disrespected the Prophet’s Mosque to respect mothers, sisters, and daughters,” Shehbaz wrote on Twitter.
