Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Vice President Maryam Nawaz asked the Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah to get the videos former primer minister and PTI Chairman Imran Khan was talking about to confirm the claims and provide security to him.

The PTI chairman, a day earlier during his Sialkot address, had said that he had recorded a video message that would be made public if he is assassinated.

Addressing a public gathering in Gujrat, alongside Punjab Chief Minister Hamza Shehbaz, Maryam said Imran Khan’s performance was zero so he went for such tricks, adding that “this power-hungry person must make his claim public and stop telling lies to innocent persons.”

“We pray you may live so that you can see the achievements of Nawaz Sharif,” she said.

“As his Lettergate theory failed, he resorted to a new narrative, saying his life is in danger,” she said adding that Imran Khan was saying so to gain the sympathy of the people.

Regarding the rising inflation ever since the new government came into power, Maryam said that “this liar has crossed all the limits of dishonesty.”

She said that Imran Khan was talking about inflation in fact, by doing so he was presenting a charge-sheet against himself.

Responding to Khan’s demand for elections, Maryam said that the country will only go to the polls when PML-N Supremo Nawaz Sharif will greenlight it.
