Fashion seems to have brought people living across borders together once again when Bollywood star Alia Bhatt donned a stunning dusky pink attire by one of Pakistan’s top designers Faraz Manan at a wedding event of a close friend.

The actress looked super gorgeous in the monochrome two piece, which included a minimally detailed bralette and wide legged pants. The statement piece of the outfit was the heavily embellished cape with floor-length sleeves.

Bhatt’s stylist, Lakshmi Lehr posted pictures of the star on Instagram with the caption, “Stunner Alia Bhatt wearing Faraz Manan.”

The actress completed the look with nude make-up and loose curls, looking effortlessly chic.

Manan is one of Asia’s top couturiers and is known for his bridal line and attention to detail.

This is not the first time an outfit designed by him has helped unite borders. Only this month, Bollywood superstar Deepika Padukone was seen wearing a sari by Manan.

The light gold sari exuded old-world glamour.

Not only that but Shah Rukh Khan has also worn a jacket by Manan in a Diwali advertisement that came out this October.

Some other Bollywood names on Manan’s portfolio are Priyanka Chopra and Kareena Kapoor, who has modeled a lawn collection by him for Crescent textiles.
