Pakistan's daily Covid positivity rate remained under 5 per cent for the fifth consecutive day as the country recorded 4.56 per cent coronavirus rate in the last 24 hours, according to the National Command and Operation data.

Out of the 51,139 tests conducted on Tuesday, 2,333 people tested positive for the virus across the country.

In comparison with 81 deaths of the virus recorded across the country on Monday, the Covid death toll was under 50 in the last 24 hours as 47 people succumbed to the coronavirus.

Currently, 4,641 patients of Covid are under critical care across the country.
