Pakistan reported 98 deaths in the last 24 hours according to NCOC data released Tuesday. The positivity rate stood at 6.3%.

This makes it one week of the rate staying below 7%.

The NCOC also reported 52,314 tests in the last 24 hours, of which 3,316 were positive.

According to Geo, Pakistan has recorded less than 4,000 daily infections for nine out of 10 days since August 29.

The total number of deaths now stands at 26,330 while the total number of cases has reached 1,186,234.

It also shows that the total number of recoveries now stands at 1,067,589.
