The search for three missing mountaineers, including Muhammad Ali of Sadpara, John Snorri from Iceland, and JP Mohr from Chile, on K-2 continues - entering the fifth day - despite the harsh weather as the Pakistan army deploys a C-130 aircraft.
The three climbers went missing last week in an attempt at the winter ascent of K-2. They were last seen at the Bottleneck, barely 400 meters below the summit of the Mountain, before their team at the base camp completely lost contact with them on Friday.
According to the details, the entire death zone will be photographed with the latest camera installed in the plane, while Sajid Sadpara, son of Ali Sadpara, is also taking part in the search operation.
Ali Sadhpara along with his son Sajid, Jhon Snoori, and Juan Pablo embarked on a journey to summit K-2 on January 23.
Sajid Sadpara returned to the base camp on February 5 after he was sent back from an altitude of 8,200 meters owing to a malfunction in his oxygen regulator.
