Rawalpindi Court issues arrest warrants of Pervaiz Musharaf

According to the details , A local Judge Muhammad Abbas Shah issued the arrest warrants of former President upon the request of Secretariat police station, Rawalpindi.

Earlier this month, the government had also dispatched a 2nd letter to the International Police (Interpol), requesting them to arrest former president Pervez Musharraf, who had been declared a prime accused in the Benazir Bhutto murder case.

Pakistan’s Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), which has been investigating the case, attached arrest warrants for Musharraf as well as some pieces of evidence, with the letter.

during the hearing of BB murder case, The court has also summoned US Journalist Mark Siegel and records of e-mails sent by Musharraf to former premier Benazir Bhutto.
