A two-year-old boy who was abducted from a private housing society in Karachi’s Manghopir area has been recovered safely, according to his family.

Sources said the child’s father, Abdul Wahab, confirmed that his son, Azaan, was recovered from Gharo.

“Alhamdulillah, my son Azaan has been found safe. He was recovered from Gharo,” Abdul Wahab said in a statement.

The toddler was allegedly kidnapped from a private housing society in Manghopir, prompting police to launch a search operation.

Police have yet to release details about the recovery operation or announce whether any suspects have been arrested in connection with the abduction.
