Despite heavy monsoon rains lashing the city, the celebrations went ahead as planned, with several prominent personalities turning up to share in the couple’s special day.
Guests included filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker, comedian and actor Vir Das, former cricketer Irfan Pathan, businessman Mukesh Ambani, politician Raj Thackeray and lyricist Prasoon Joshi.
According to photographs shared by Khan’s team, the ceremony was a private and simple affair.
One image showed the couple signing their marriage documents in the presence of family members.
Spratt’s son was seated between the couple, while Khan’s son Azad was also present during the ceremony.
The marriage marks Khan’s third. The actor was previously married to film producer Reena Dutta from 1986 to 2002, and the former couple share two children, Junaid and Ira Khan.
He later married filmmaker Kiran Rao in 2005, before the couple announced their separation in 2021. They continue to co-parent their son, Azad.
Khan publicly introduced Spratt to the media in 2025 ahead of his 60th birthday celebrations, revealing that the pair had been in a relationship for more than a year.
Spratt, who is from Bengaluru, works in the beauty and wellness industry and has a son from a previous marriage.
The wedding was a private affair, with only close relatives and invited guests in attendance.
