Pop star Katy Perry and former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau made their first official red carpet appearance together at the Tribeca Festival in New York City.

The couple appeared on Monday at the premiere of Perry’s concert film Katy Perry: The Lifetimes Tour – Live from Paris, where they posed for photographs and greeted attendees.

Perry attended the event in a white halter-neck gown with rose-inspired detailing, while Trudeau wore a black suit and white shirt.

The appearance marks a public milestone in their relationship, which first drew attention in mid-2025 after they were seen together in Montreal and later at a dinner in the city.

At the premiere, Perry spoke about her concert film, describing it as a live performance-focused project aimed at capturing her tour experience for fans.
