The National Savings Centre in Lahore will host the latest draw for the Rs1,500 prize bond on Friday, May 15, 2026.

According to the prize structure issued under the policy of the State Bank of Pakistan, the first prize winner will receive Rs3 million.

Three second-prize winners will each be awarded Rs1 million.

Meanwhile, 1,696 winners will receive the third prize of Rs18,500 each.

All Pakistani citizens are eligible to purchase prize bonds through designated commercial banks and National Savings Centres across the country.

Tax deduction

Prize bond winnings for the 2026 tax year will be subject to a 15% tax deduction for filers on the Active Taxpayers List and 30% for non-filers.

Under Section 156 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, the withholding tax on prize bond winnings is considered final tax and cannot be refunded or adjusted against other income.
