Gold prices fall Rs5,300 amid global market decline

Gold prices declined in Pakistan’s domestic market in line with the fall in international markets on Monday.

According to the jewellers’ association, the price per tola decreased by Rs5,300 to Rs488,362.

Similarly, the price of 10-gram gold became Rs4,544 cheaper, falling to Rs418,691.

In the international markets, gold prices declined by $53, bringing the price to $4,660 per ounce.

The decrease comes amid broader market corrections and fluctuations in global commodity rates.
