Bollywood actor and dancer Nora Fatehi will perform at the opening ceremony of the FIFA World Cup 2026 in Toronto on June 12, according to a FIFA press release.

The actor and dancer is set to deliver both dance and singing performances during the ceremony, which will feature several internationally renowned artists.

The event in Canada is expected to showcase the excitement surrounding the 2026 World Cup and bring together music and football fans from around the world.

Artists scheduled to perform alongside Nora Fatehi include Alanis Morissette, Alessia Cara, Jessie Reyez, Michael Bublé, Vegedream and William Prince.

Meanwhile, another opening ceremony event in the United States is expected to feature international stars including Anitta, Katy Perry, Lisa and Tyla.

Industry observers describe Nora Fatehi’s inclusion in the lineup as another major milestone in her international career. She previously performed during activities linked to the 2022 FIFA World Cup and has also appeared at major global sporting events, including the T20 World Cup.

Apart from her World Cup appearance, Nora Fatehi is also preparing for the release of her upcoming song Body Roll featuring Yo Yo Honey Singh.
