Israel fires over 15,000 munitions in Iran since war began
1 min readIsrael’s Defence Minister Israel Katz said on Wednesday that the Israeli military has deployed more than 15,000 munitions in strikes on Iran since the outbreak of the conflict on February 28.
Speaking at a joint briefing with military chief Eyal Zamir, Katz said the scale of operations far exceeded previous hostilities, noting that the figure was four times higher than the munitions used during last year’s 12-day conflict.
He added that Israeli authorities have approved a new list of targets for strikes in both Iran and Lebanon, signalling a potential expansion of military operations as tensions continue to escalate in the region.
