Iran appoints new national security secretary after Larijani’s death

Mohammad Baqer Zolqadr was appointed as the secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, the Iranian president’s deputy of communications, posted on X on Tuesday, replacing Ali Larijani who was killed in a strike last week.
