Pakistan Army destroys ammunition depot in cross-border operation
1 min readEffective ground and air operations by the Pakistani army against the Afghan Taliban and Fitna Al Khawarij are ongoing, security sources said on Monday.
The Pakistani army successfully carried out an operation and destroyed the ammunition depot of the Shaheen Base in the Afghan province of Paktika, according to the sources.
Bases and military installations of the Afghan Taliban and Fitna Al Khawarij are being targeted on the Pak-Afghan border.
Operation Ghazab lil-Haq is still ongoing and will continue until its objectives are achieved, the sources added.
The bases and military installations of the Fitna Al Khawarij are being targeted in the operation.
Separately, security sources said the Pakistani army conducted a timely operation targeting an Afghan Taliban post adjacent to the Shawal valley in South Waziristan.
As a result of the action, the Afghan Taliban and Fitna Al Khawarij were forced to flee, the sources said, adding that the post was blown up with explosives.
The Pakistani army is continuously targeting Afghan Taliban hideouts and military installations, the sources said.
