The Federal Ministry of Religious Affairs has announced that today (Sunday) is the last day for Haj pilgrims to complete their Saudi visa biometrics.

In this regard, a spokesperson for the Ministry of Religious Affairs stated that it is mandatory for pilgrims to complete their biometrics by February 8 to obtain the Haj visa.

Pilgrims can complete the biometric process from home via the Saudi Visa Bio app.

The spokesperson pointed out that, for the convenience of the pilgrims, Saudi Tasheer centres will remain open today from 9am to 5pm.

Without completing the Saudi visa biometric process, obtaining a Haj visa will not be possible, the spokesperson added.

He urged the pilgrims to complete their biometrics immediately to avoid any inconvenience and advised them to keep a printout of the biometric confirmation email for reference.

The total Haj quota for Pakistan in 2026 is 179,210, with 60,000 seats allocated for the private scheme.
