Chase Stokes and Kelsea Ballerini have reportedly ended their relationship once more, weeks after reconciling.

The couple, who first split in September 2025, had briefly reunited in January 2026. Stokes, 33, shared a heartfelt Instagram post on New Year’s Eve, reflecting on love and growth.

“Something I’ve learned this year: don’t take advantage of the most beautiful things that in 33 years of life are fleeting,” he wrote.

He added, “Take accountability, learn from mistakes. Lean into love and say it often. 2026 my year of growth, my year of truth. Starting here, starting now. Happy new year.”

Despite their efforts to make the relationship work, sources told TMZ that the split is “completely over this time.”

The pair, together since 2023, have had multiple breakups over recent months, but this latest separation is reportedly final.
