Gold prices ease after record high, settle at Rs505,562 per tola

Gold prices in Pakistan retreated on Thursday after touching a record high, with the price of gold per tola falling to Rs505,562.

According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Jewellers Association, the price of gold declined by Rs800 per tola during the day.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold fell by Rs686 to Rs433,437.

In the international market, gold prices also eased, with the price per ounce dropping by $8 to $4,832.

Meanwhile, silver prices recorded a decline of Rs30, bringing the price of silver per tola down to Rs9,903.
