In a joint operation by the police and other law enforcement agencies, seven Afghan nationals, including a woman, were arrested based on a tip-off in Khairpur on Saturday.

According to the SSP Khairpur, the operation was carried out within the jurisdiction of the Economic Zone Police Station, where the arrested Afghan nationals were found residing illegally.

The individuals did not have any valid visas or legal documents.

The arrested individuals have been identified as Omar, Sher, Mohammad Arif, Hikmatullah, Abu Bakr, Mohammad Ramzan, and a woman named Ruqayya.

Authorities are currently interrogating the suspects, and after completing the investigation, they will be deported back to Afghanistan.
