Gold prices continued their upward trend on Tuesday, reaching record levels in both local and international markets.

According to the jewellers’ association, the price of gold in the domestic market rose sharply by Rs900 per tola, bringing the new rate to Rs481,862 per tola.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold increased by Rs771, raising its value to Rs413,118.

Similarly, in the international markets, gold prices maintained their upward trend, rising by $9 to reach $4,595 per ounce.

The persistent rise highlights strong demand and ongoing market volatility, keeping investors closely watching both local and global trends.
