Faysal Bank launches Pakistan’s first self-serve digital banking lobby
Faysal Bank recently inaugurated a first-of-its-kind self-serve digital lobby at its Lahore regional office, offering customers an advanced, unmanned banking experience.
The new facility allows customers to access banking services round-the-clock, including instant replacement of Faysal Debit and Noor cards in under five minutes.
A biometrically secured interactive kiosk provides instant account sign-ups, real-time access to personal account details, certificate generation, demographic updates, and card activation.
Speaking at the launch, Faysal Bank President & CEO Yousaf Hussain said, “Our unmanned self-serve experience centre is reflective of Faysal Bank’s constant pursuit of innovation and the use of technology to deliver unique and seamless customer experiences. Digital banking and technology-based solutions will continue to be at the forefront of transforming the experience for our banking customers.
