Security forces kill 5 India-backed terrorists in Dera Bugti operation
Security forces carried out a successful intelligence-based operation in Dera Bugti, targeting terrorists linked to the Indian proxy group Fitna al-Hindustan, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said on Saturday.
According to ISPR, during the operation on Friday, forces effectively targeted terrorists’ hideouts. In a heavy exchange of fire, five India-sponsored terrorists were killed.
Weapons, ammunition, and explosive materials were recovered from the terrorists’ possession.
The ISPR stated that the killed terrorists were involved in multiple terrorist acts in the area.
A clearance operation is ongoing to eliminate any remaining India-backed terrorists in the region.
Security forces and law enforcement agencies are continuing operations under the “Azm-e-Istiqamat” vision to eradicate terrorism and maintain stability in Balochistan.
