Allama Iqbal Express derails near Kotri
The Allama Iqbal Express, en route from Lahore to Karachi, derailed near the Kotri railway station in Sindh due to a break in the coupling of its last bogie.
The incident resulted in no reported injuries or fatalities.
Railway officials and police confirmed that the derailment has disrupted the down track, prompting a temporary suspension of train services at the Hyderabad railway station.
The railway administration is actively engaged in efforts to remove the affected bogie and repair the tracks promptly to ensure that train services can resume soon.
