A landlord in Muzaffargarh’s City police precinct abducted his daughter and her husband at gunpoint after she married their servant out of choice.

According to a police spokesperson, the landlord, along with 11 accomplices, forcibly kidnapped the couple from Khanpur in an act of revenge against his servant-turned-son-in-law.

Upon receiving the report, the police swiftly launched an operation under the supervision of DSP City. A rapid raid led to the safe recovery of the newlyweds.

Officials confirmed that the timely intervention prevented any potential harm to the couple.
