The platform promises to take film enthusiasts and aspiring filmmakers behind the curtain of the movie-making process, offering exclusive insights, storytelling lessons, and behind-the-scenes moments.

Announcing the launch, Aamir Khan Productions shared a video on social media, stating, “Cinema. Stories. Unfiltered moments. We have created stories that made you laugh, cry, and think. Now, with ‘Aamir Khan Talkies,’ we welcome you to experience the magic of moviemaking like never before!”

In the welcome video, Aamir Khan expressed his long-held desire to create a platform dedicated to storytelling and the craft of filmmaking.

“I have always wanted to share my journey, the lessons I have learned, and the creative process behind every film. This is not just another promotional space; it’s a deep dive into cinema,” he said.

The channel will feature rare behind-the-scenes clips, discussions with industry experts, and casting diaries that provide an inside look into how films come to life.

Aamir Khan’s unseen audition for ‘Laapataa Ladies’

One of the first major reveals on the channel includes Aamir Khan’s screen test for the role of Sub-Inspector Shyam Manohar in ‘Laapataa Ladies’.

The role, ultimately played by Ravi Kishan, was part of the channel’s special ‘Casting Diaries’ series, which showcases never-before-seen audition footage and casting insights.
