Lahore Blues have stormed into the final of the National T20 Cup 2025 with a thrilling victory by five runs over Multan in the second semifinal of the tournament on Wednesday.

While batting first, Lahore Blues put a decent score of 166 runs on board in 20 overs. Imran Butt managed to add 89 runs on 56 deliveries, playing a composed and stylish knock.

Chasing the target, Multan batters tried hard to reach the total, but Lahore bowlers restricted them to 161 runs after a sensational display of thrill and suspense.

Multan’s 22-year old allrounder Waseem Akram, played a generous knock of 42 runs on 18 deliveries with 4 marvellous sixes but couldn’t let his team to make into the final.
