A significant breakthrough has emerged in the murder case of a 6-year-old child in Dera Ismail Khan, as police investigations have revealed the involvement of the child’s biological mother and stepfather.

The suspects have been arrested from Multan.

According to sources, the police recovered the child’s body from a roadside two days ago, with video footage of the incident surfacing online.

The shocking crime involved the alleged murder of 6-year-old Zeeshan by his mother, Kiran, and her second husband.

The couple then dumped the body by the roadside before fleeing.

Authorities confirmed that a major development occurred when a video surfaced showing a woman in an abaya placing the child’s body on the roadside.

A medical report revealed that the child was suffocated to death.

Police have taken both suspects into custody and will present them before the court for remand.
