Pakistan launches its own ChatGPT
Pakistan has taken a significant step in the field of technology by launching its own ChatGPT model.
Named Zehant AI, this “Made in Pakistan” GPT base model was officially unveiled at a ceremony in Islamabad, which was attended by IT experts and professionals from various fields.
Mahwish Suleman Ali, the founder of this project and an IT expert, stated that Zehant AI was successfully launched after undergoing multiple developmental phases.
She highlighted the extensive efforts made in data centres to bring this vision to reality.

“This achievement is not just mine but belongs to the entire nation,” she said.
“We worked tirelessly to compete on a global scale, and now Pakistan has its own AI-powered chatbot.”
According to Mahwish Suleman, Zehant AI will be available in multiple languages and can be accessed through Pakistani data servers, ensuring a secure and localized AI experience for users.
The event saw a large gathering of IT professionals and experts from different industries, who hailed the launch as a groundbreaking accomplishment for Pakistan in the world of artificial intelligence.
