Pakistani actress Ushna Shah recently donated blood while shooting for her drama A Ishq-e-Junoon, literally putting in blood into her work.

In the drama, Ushna plays the role of ‘Aiman’ alongside Shehryar Munawar, who portrays ‘Rahim’. Ushna shared a video on her Instagram handle @ushnashah showing herself donating blood on the set, not at a hospital.

Shah, in the video, jokingly said, “They say you put blood, sweat, and tears into a project. I’ve already given the sweat and tears, now I’m putting in blood too.”

Fans had mixed reactions to the video. Many praised her hard work, while others criticized her for donating blood for a scene.
