Many Pakistanis are seeking visa-free entry to Qatar after rumors spread on social media suggesting that “Pakistanis can travel to Qatar without a visa. However, specific conditions apply.

Although this claim is true, specifics about the duration and purpose of this visa-free entry remain unclear.

Here are some terms that individuals need to ensure while applying, which are as follows:

  • The visa-free entry is available exclusively for Pakistani tourists and does not extend to those seeking employment in Qatar.

  • Visa regulations are subject to periodic changes, and this arrangement is temporary.

  • Upon arrival in Qatar, travelers will be issued a visa, allowing them to stay for a maximum of 30 days.

  • Most importantly, individuals need to have a confirmed return ticket and hotel booking, with reservations needing to match the duration of the stay.

  • Also, a polio vaccination card is mandatory.

  • Travelers must also demonstrate sufficient funds, with approximately 5,000 Qatari riyals required in their bank accounts.

Saudi Arabia announced a relaxation of visa requirements for Pakistani tourists, making it easier for them to visit the Kingdom on July 3, 2024. Saudi Arabia has established dedicated visa application centers in Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta, and Multan.
