An earthquake shook Mingora and adjoining areas in Swat on Monday.

According to the National Seismic Monitoring Centre, the earthquake had a magnitude of 4.5 and its epicenter was 80 km below the ground in the Hindukush range.

The earthquake spread panic in the area. However, no loss of life and property has been reported so far.
