Bitcoin falls below $104.5K
Bitcoin experienced a significant drop shortly after trading began on Saturday, with its price falling to $104,801, a decline of $82 from the previous close of $104,883.70.
The leading cryptocurrency remained in negative territory for several hours, further slipping to $104,468.20 around 01:00 UTC, reflecting a loss of $415.5.
Despite a brief recovery starting at 03:32 UTC, where it rose to $105,227.30 by 03:58 UTC—an increase of 0.67% or $705.10 Bitcoin failed to maintain its gains.
It eventually fell to a new intraday low of $104,452.40 at approximately 05:12 UTC, down $430 from Friday’s close.
In related market activity, Ether (ETH) traded down by 0.62% at $3,291.31, while Litecoin (LTC) saw a 3.35% increase, reaching $122.76.
