£190 million judgement will bring more sympathy for Imran: Fawad
Fawad Chaudhry said that the talks between Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and government as well as change in the United States government will be decisive factors in solving the crisis in Pakistan.
Speaking to Shaukat Piracha in ‘Rubaroo’, Chaudhry said that the £190 million case judgement will not have any significant impact as talks between Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and government are ongoing.
Mustafa Nawaz Khokhar said that in Pakistan everything depends on how someone’s relations are with the powerful quarters. He said that the same courts that convicted Nawaz Sharif, later exonerated him.
Chauhdry said that for the last two years, PTI has failed to bring its revolution and the government has failed to minus Imran Khan. Only the common Pakistani is suffering in this situation.
He added that the case judgement has not made any difference to Imran Khan’s popularity and will instead bring him sympathy.
Khokhar said that a consensus needs to be found between parties beyond egos and powerful struggles. He added that politics and economy are interlinked and political stability is needed to improve the life of the common man.
He added that the prime minister does not have enough credibility to find a consensus between political parties.
Khokhar went on to say that PTI was not mature enough to bring all opposition parties together to resist the government and it was an indictment of their political acumen.
