Hindu extremists allegedly attack British-Pakistani restaurant

Authorities have confirmed that the perpetrators have been arrested

A video circulating on social media shows a violent attack on a British-Pakistani restaurant in Sheffield, England, allegedly perpetrated by Hindu extremists.

The incident, described as religiously motivated, involved a group of intoxicated Indian nationals who reportedly vandalized the establishment and harassed staff.

Restaurant owner Rahim Ullah Khan told a private television channel that the attackers, who were visibly under the influence of alcohol, created a disturbance at the counter after their meal, falsely claiming that beef was mixed into a dish that did not contain it.

Khan stated that the attackers caused damage to the restaurant’s windows and other property. Restaurant management confirmed that beef was not on the menu. Despite this, the intoxicated individuals assaulted the restaurant workers.

Authorities have confirmed that the perpetrators have been arrested. The Sheffield police are conducting a full investigation into the incident.
