People of determination in the UAE can now apply for private sector jobs in Abu Dhabi through Tamm, the centralized platform for government services.

This initiative aims to promote inclusivity and provide equal employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.

To apply, candidates must be citizens of Abu Dhabi and are encouraged to obtain a free People of Determination (PoD) card through the Ministry of Community Development or organizations like Zayed Higher Organisation.

Required documents for the application include:

• A comprehensive diagnostic report from Zayed Higher Organisation

• Educational certificates

• A People of Determination Card as proof of disability

• A current CV

• Emirates ID

The application process involves visiting the Tamm website, selecting the social care category, and applying for PoD support.

After logging in with UAE Pass, applicants can complete their profiles and submit the necessary documentation.

They will receive a text notification regarding the status of their application.

Eligibility criteria stipulate that applicants must be between 18 and 40 years old, not currently employed, and not enrolled in morning classes.
