Man arrested for harassing woman in Karachi market
The District Central Police in Karachi have arrested a man named Amir for allegedly harassing a woman at a market in Sector 5M, North Karachi.
The incident gained attention after a video of the harassment circulated widely on social media.
Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Central, Zeeshan Siddiqui, reported that the woman was shopping when Amir and two other youths approached her and harassed her.
The police were able to apprehend Amir thanks to the viral video evidence.
A case has been filed against Amir and his accomplices at the Bilal Colony police station, and efforts are underway to locate and arrest the two additional suspects involved in the incident.

In a separate case, disturbing footage emerged showing another incident of harassment involving a woman in the Pak Colony area of Karachi, although the victim in that case has not yet come forward to report it to the authorities.
