Pakistani singer and songwriter Zaainul Abideen has accused Bayaan, Hasan Raheem, and Rovali of copying his debut song, ‘Chue Chue,’ in their recently released track ‘Maand’.

Originally launched in 2009, ‘Chue Chue gained popularity and significantly contributed to Zaain’s music career, earning him a nomination for Best Singer of the Year at the Lux Style Awards in 2010.

In his allegations, Zaain claims that the new song, released by Sony Music Entertainment, bears a striking resemblance to the melody of his hit. He expressed his frustration over the lack of permission, credit, or acknowledgement from the other artists regarding his original work.

He conveyed his feelings of betrayal and disappointment, emphasising the emotional investment and hard work that went into creating his debut song.

Zaain expressed concerns over the alleged use of songs of less popular singers by artists who have popularity among people on social media.

He has urged those involved, including Sony Music Entertainment, to take accountability and ensure that the original creators receive proper credit for their contributions.

As of now, the accused artists have yet to respond to the allegations. In light of this situation, Zaain has reached out to his fans and fellow musicians for support in the fight against plagiarism and to safeguard artists’ rights.

Listeners are encouraged to hear both songs and form their own opinions on the legitimacy of Zaain’s claims.
