A new video featuring a Pakistani survivor of the recent boat tragedy in Greece has surfaced, revealing the chilling experiences endured during the incident.

The Foreign Ministry confirmed that six Pakistanis lost their lives, with a total of 83 individuals aboard the ill-fated vessel.

Greece’s Ambassador, Amir Aftab, reported in a news conference that many of the missing individuals are young children. The video, which features 46 survivors, includes a young man who recounted being forced onto unseaworthy boats.

He detailed how they paid an agent to transport them to Libya, where they were held captive for a month and a half before being taken to a shipyard, where they boarded the boat and were directed to supply fuel and equipment.

The survivor noted that the boat, designed for 50 people, was overcrowded with 82 passengers. While the weather was favorable on the first day of their journey, conditions worsened, leading to the boat capsizing after two days at sea.

Currently, the survivors are being held in detention centers under strict security measures, with no permission to meet outsiders. They are sending messages discreetly to the outside world.
