Sharjeel Memon claims global conspiracy aims at weakening Pakistan
Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Memon has alleged that a global conspiracy is underway to weaken Pakistan, accusing the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) of exploiting political crises and attempting to tarnish the country’s image internationally through extensive lobbying efforts.
In a press conference in Karachi, Memon asserted that, despite various challenges, the government is committed to fulfilling its promises to the public.
He highlighted that 10,000 individuals in Sindh are currently receiving training in IT courses, and efforts are underway to construct homes for 2.1 million homeless individuals.
Memon further noted that significant development projects are advancing in Karachi, including two major initiatives valued at billions of rupees.
The Minister clarified that the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) harbors no animosity toward any institution or political party, stating that the PTI’s focus is solely on targeting Imran Khan.
He accused the PTI of channeling billions through lobbying to undermine the nation, describing these actions as part of a coordinated effort to defame Pakistan.

Memon emphasized that the PTI’s actions are detrimental to the country, aiming to incite chaos.
Additionally, he mentioned that the PTI has sought to persuade the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to halt aid to Pakistan, characterizing the party’s approach as one focused on “politics over corpses.”
Memon concluded by stating that the PTI has consistently sought to politicize state institutions, pointing out contradictions in the statements made by PTI leadership.
