PTI leader Shaukat Yousafzai has voiced his apprehensions that “misguided strategies” by party leaders could negatively impact former prime minister Imran Khan who has faced challenges in the past.

In an interview with Aaj News, Yousafzai criticised the party leadership’s approach to the recent protests in Islamabad.

He went on to add that a “lack of coordination” in making crucial decisions has contributed to their failures, placing the burden of such mistakes on Khan.

The former provincial minister added that better results could have been achieved if the “final call” had been managed differently.

He claimed that the PTI founder chairman had encountered significant difficulties in the past, including power outages at his prison cell and restrictions on his meetings.

He warned that the “flawed strategies” could lead to further harm for the founder.

His comments come at a time when Aaj News Islamabad correspondent Fahad Bashir reported that a “technical issue” was hindering the former PM’s ability to meet with his family and party leaders in Islamabad.
