The Israeli military has escalated its offensive in Gaza and Lebanon, recently conducting an airstrike on the Kamal Adwan Hospital in Gaza that led to multiple fatalities.

The humanitarian situation in the conflict-ridden region is deteriorating, with a United Nations agency warning that up to half a million people in Gaza could be affected by harsh winter conditions and flooding.

In just 24 hours, the latest attacks have resulted in the deaths of 35 Palestinians and left 94 others injured.

The UN agency for Palestinian refugees has raised alarms about the potential impact of flooding, indicating that winter storms and food shortages could severely affect over 500,000 individuals.

Simultaneously, Israeli airstrikes on Lebanon have increased, with recent bombings in Beirut claiming the lives of 29 people.
