In a unique turn of events, a couple in Islamabad staged a wedding photoshoot in front of government containers set up in response to ongoing protests by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party.

The bride, Khola, and groom, Qasim, posed against the backdrop of bright blue and red containers, symbolizing the tense atmosphere in the capital.

The couple was dressed for their big day, with Khola in an elegant silver-white traditional gown and Qasim in a stylish grey suit.

The photoshoot, captured by a local photographer and shared on social media, sparked mixed reactions from online viewers.

While some praised the couple’s creativity, others found the setting unusual and unconventional.

The Instagram post highlighted the challenges posed by the protests, including school closures and restricted movement throughout the city due to lockdown measures.

The caption humorously noted, “When you couldn’t find any other location on your big day since it was all locked up.”

As PTI convoys march towards Islamabad demanding the release of their leader, Imran Khan, the government has responded by barricading major roads with containers, further complicating the situation for residents and visitors alike.
