Final destination is a sit-in in Islamabad, Shaukat Yousafzai says
Former provincial minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Shaukat Yousafzai has announced the party’s plan for an indefinite sit-in at D-Chowk in Islamabad. Yousafzai stated that the protest will continue until the government addresses their demands.
Yousafzai claimed that the government’s attempt to shut down the country inadvertently highlighted the success of the PTI’s protest, stating that opening the blocked roads in Punjab would reveal the widespread support for their movement.
He emphasized that the sit-in at D-Chowk will be of indefinite duration, continuing until the government is forced to meet their demands, which include the dropping of what they term “false cases” against Imran Khan.
