Maryam Nawaz addresses cancer rumors
Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has dismissed rumors regarding her health, specifically claims about cancer.
Speaking from London, she clarified that she had undergone parathyroid surgery in Geneva last year, emphasizing that only two countries globally offer this treatment.
During her address, CM Maryam highlighted the economic stability achieved under Nawaz Sharif’s leadership and announced the construction of a new, state-of-the-art 1,000-bed hospital in Lahore.
She also mentioned the launch of the ‘Apni Chhat Apna Ghar’ initiative, which aims to provide essential medicines directly to patients’ homes.
Maryam Nawaz asserted that meritocracy is being prioritized in Punjab’s recruitment processes.
