The popular Pakistani drama ‘Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum’ ended “with a memorable finale”, winning viewers’ hearts with its spectacular finale.

The drama premiered in the first week of July, marking Fahad Mustafa’s return to television after a decade. It had a stellar lineup, including Hania Amir, Javed Sheikh, Bushra Ansari, Naeema Butt, Areej Chaudhry, and Emmad Irfani. Following its immense popularity, it was announced that the final episode would be screened in cinemas on November 5.

When the last episode featuring actors Fahad Mustafa and Hania Aamir was shown in theatres, a large crowd flocked to watch it. Fans were eager to catch a glimpse of their favourite actors on the big screen.

The buzz around the drama continued not only across Pakistan but also in neighbouring India. Notable personalities from the entertainment industry also attended the cinema screenings to watch the final episode.

Senior actor Javed Sheikh, who portrayed Mustafa’s father in the drama, expressed that the ending was exactly as it should have been, as the “entire nations of Pakistan and India were captivated by the love story of Sharjeena and Mustafa.” He noted that audiences wanted to see the pair unite and they did not wish for their separation.

“Thank God the drama ended on a happy note, and today both India and Pakistan will rejoice,” Sheikh said.

The Om Shanti Om actor hoped the Pakistani film industry would make a name for itself globally, just like the drama industry has made.

On the occasion of the drama screening, actress Nadia Khan stated that the ending exceeded her expectations and was “much better than what she had initially envisioned.”

The director had the option to extend the drama by adding 10 more episodes due to its immense popularity, but he made “the right choice to conclude the series at the right moment,” she said.

Farhat Ishtiaq penned the story while Badar Mahmood directed the drama.

The drama has received considerable acclaim due to its storyline and characters, enjoying popularity not just in Pakistan but also in countries like India, Bangladesh, and the United Arab Emirates.
